First Name and Last Name: User’s personal identifiers.

Account Owner Status: Indicates if the user is the owner of the Shopify account.
Locale: User’s locale setting.
Collaborator Status: Indicates if the user is a collaborator.

Session State and Expiration: Information about the user’s session state and its expiration.
Additional Merchant Information:
Contact Details: Including first name, last name, and email.

Name, Address, Email Address, Order History: Depending on your choice to use certain features, we may also gain access to birth dates and survey responses.

We do not collect information directly from merchants' customers. We do not drop cookies or use other tracking technologies on customer devices, nor do we log information related to how customers visit or navigate particular stores.

We retain your personal data as long as the Application is installed in your Shopify store. Thereafter, we will continue to retain your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish, and defend legal claims.
Security Measures:
We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information, and unauthorized access or use of information. However, absolute security is not guaranteed.
6. Data Storage and Processing
Data Processing and Storage in Europe:
All data collected is stored and processed within Europe. We ensure that your data is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
